We’re transforming New Orleans’ bus stops.
83% of RTA stops don’t have shelters, and many lack any kind of shade or seating, or even a sidewalk. This leaves riders waiting outside in the increasingly hot and flood-prone streets, and at a higher risk of illness or injury.
OUR VISION
a network of safe, accessible, well-maintained transit stops that meet riders needs.

If you use New Orleans streets and sidewalks, this impacts you!
We’re hosting stakeholder meetings throughout the year to steer the process. Join us! Transit riders, business owners, economic developers, and the general community are encouraged to attend.
Working together, we can do better
We’re collaborating with the New Orleans Regional Transportation Authority, the City, community organizations, businesses, transit riders, and the broader community, to find and fund solutions that will work for everyone.
