Farewell and thank you D.D.!

This week, we say farewell to our Organizer and Storyteller, D.D. DuBois. D.D. has been an invaluable member of the team, guiding our Leadership Forum and changemaker Series since July. She’s moving on to focus on her own projects, including a creative placemaking project called the Chitlin Circuit Project. The project reimagines a renaissance of The Chitlin Circuit, and “consists of a network of small venues, churches, houses, temples, and outdoor spaces, that provide rural artists of color with spaces to create and showcase their artform.“

As a cultural preservationist, creative, and storyteller, we can’t wait to see what D.D. accomplishes with this project!
